ABOUT US

Based in South Wales, CBEM-UK Ltd (Commercial Building Energy Modelling) provides all the necessary calculations and certificates necessary to achieve Part L2 (A or B) Building Control sign-off at both Design and As-Built stage.
Our services also include evidence required for certain BREEAM credits, Display Energy Certificates (DECs), SBEM/BRUKL and Commercial EPCs (including level 5 buildings).
